Further easing of restrictions from the 24th of June 2020.

In order to offer you a pleasant, relaxing stay, we have planned and changed a lot. Our measures for Covid 19 are comprehensive, and cleanliness is still the number one priority in our facility. Your health and well-being are our top priority. Below you will find some examples of the easing of restrictions that take effect from the 24th of June in Rhineland-Palatinate.

  • From 10/06/2020, up to ten people will be allowed to meet for any occasion, regardless of the number of households. Meetings of more than 10 people are also allowed if they come from a maximum of two households.
  • The catering trade can open again until midnight.
  • There is still a requirement to wear a mask in all public areas. (Public transport, retail and wherever the minimum distance cannot be maintained)
  • From the 24th of June onwards, anyone entering the outdoor area of a restaurant no longer has to wear mouth-and-nose protection on their way to the table or when walking outside the restaurant. 
  • The contact restrictions remain in place.

Hygiene for you and for us...

DISINFECTION

Sufficient disinfection stations are available to you and our staff throughout the facility.

  • Our employees who are in direct contact with guests wear a mouth and nose protector or visor.
  • Guests and employees are required to wear masks in all public areas.
  • All touchpoints such as handrails, door handles and light switches are disinfected several times a day.
  • Utility items are cleaned and disinfected after each use.
  • A hygiene concept for room cleaning has been drawn up and is now being implemented.
  • We use disinfectant cleaning agents for cleaning.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT

From now on, our friendly smile with our eyes will replace our handshake. As far as possible, we will carry out a contactless check-in/check-out.

RESTAURANT & TERRACE

All areas in the restaurant and terrace provide generous seating. The minimum distance of 1.5 m is observed. A table reservation is necessary, even before your arrival. Please wear mouth-and-nose protection to the table.

KIDS CLUB

Our kids club is open. Friday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. On the other days of the week as required. During the autumn holidays, the Kids Club is open daily from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.  Information about the programme can be found at the village square and in the weekly program. The state regulation hygiene rules also apply here.

We are now offering you a limited breakfast buffet again. Drinks are served at the table.

HALF BOARD  

Buffets are allowed again.

A LA CARTE

You are welcome to dine à la carte in the Grafenwald restaurant. The restaurant is open from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm and from 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm.

BEAUTY GRAFENWALD 

Beauty Grafenwald is open daily from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. The required hygiene standards of the authorities are implemented here.

WELLNESS 

Indoor swimming pool, sauna area and the spa bar are open. The swimming pool opens daily from 8:45 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Up to 14 people can stay in the swimming pool at the same time. The sauna opens at 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m., 10 people are allowed at the same time. The fitness studio from 10:15 a.m. - 9:15 p.m. 4 people are allowed to stay here at the same time.

TENNIS

FITNESS

Workout courses take place every day except Sunday. (to the course schedule) 

The gym is open. The opening times are from 10:15 pm to 9:15 pm. 

Up to 4 people can train at the same time. Please reserve an appointment at the reception desk (tel. 250) or at the Spa Bar (tel. 260).

Spatial concept...

MEETINGS "WITH DISTANCING"

... are possible with us. With a new conference, room and coffee break concept.

Family events...

... are now possible once more. In the case of private groups with up to 75 participants, the distancing requirement, the obligation to wear masks and the midnight curfew no longer apply. The prerequisite is that the guest list is established in advance, and the guests' data is recorded. For example, the celebrations can take place in the parlour and also outside, at the grill hut.
