Early risers can start the day with some gentle aqua-aerobics. You can find our course programme here. There are also numerous recliners in the relaxation area where you can unwind after completing a few sporty lengths of the pool.
SAUNA RELAXING BIO-SAUNA AND FINNISH SAUNA
There is energy in heat! Detox, revitalise and enjoy the cold prickling sensation on your skin after a shower: well-being saunas are a real source of energy. In the Mediterranean-style sauna area of the Sporthotel & Resort Grafenwald, you can choose between our circulation-boosting bio-sauna with various aromatic scents or the refreshing Finnish sauna. Saunas stimulate the circulation and metabolism as well as widening the vessels and visibly promoting blood flow.
REVITALISING STEAM BATH
Savour the warmth and pleasant fragrance of eucalyptus in our steam bath. Even the Ancient Greeks and Romans appreciated the healthy effects of the damp air. The warmth also has a relaxing effect on the mind. It allows you to establish an even breathing pattern to make you feel calm and relaxed. This enables you to recharge your batteries and boost your natural defences.

Whether to soothe everyday troubles or simply feel good - the therapeutic effects of a massage are undisputed. Pummelling, kneading, pressing and stroking - the effect of massage on the skin is about more than just a mechanical stimulus. The power of touch enables tensions to be relieved, blood flow to be boosted and the metabolism activated. The tissues and muscles are also stretched and relaxed.
Take some time out and enjoy one of the many massage treatments on offer at the Sporthotel & Resort Grafenwald which can be individually tailored to you!
